“Two-and-a-half years ago, I started as a contract digger operator at Camex, not knowing where the path would lead. Fast forward to today, I’m proud to say that I’m now a senior site manager.

Every day on the job as a site manager brings new responsibilities, challenges, and learning experiences, but I’m grateful for my awesome colleagues who have been there to support and guide me with their experience and expertise.

Although the company has grown substantially, it’s still a really close-knit, family-like atmosphere at work. The team is encouraged to explore new ideas, take on challenges, and pursue personal growth.

Recently, Camex put me through an external leadership course which has been a game-changer for me. It’s helped me become equipped with the essential skills to excel in my role. I’m now a better communicator and decision-maker, thanks to the investment from Camex in my growth and development.”
