"I started my journey with Camex back in 2019 as a site manager. With the growth of the Camex Taupō office, I transitioned into the role of Resource Manager. After 14 years on work sites, the support and encouragement from Camex were crucial in helping me move from field work to an office environment, learning new systems and processes.

Camex has an amazing family atmosphere. Despite significant growth, every employee is still well supported and communicated with. Working here is a pleasure – they are passionate about personal development and give you confidence and the right support to grow.

Moving into the operational side of the business has deepened my understanding of what we do. It has taught me to handle diverse tasks and personalities, problem-solve both on site and remotely, and expand my industry knowledge considerably. I love the challenges the industry presents and enjoy problem solving with our teams.
