“I was thrilled to join Camex back in 2018, after having previously worked alongside GM Operations Nathan Wolland.

As good friends, Nathan and I stayed in touch over the years, and he invited me down to Cambridge for a meet & greet with Jon and Jason Brewer. Touring the projects and meeting the team made it clear that Camex was the place I wanted to be. The energy, camaraderie, and enthusiasm shared by the team was contagious, and honestly I wish I had made the move sooner!

In my dual role, I focus on two key areas; as 3-Waters Drainage Manager, I collaborate with Logan Brewer to manage the drainage side of our operations. This involves resource allocation for projects and supporting the growth of our talented staff through coaching, mentoring, and upskilling. We also work closely with our clients to resolve design issues and facilitate effective problem-solving.

The second part of my role, Field Improvement Specialist, is all about enhancing our field operations. As a certified drainlayer with over 30 years of construction experience, I provide on-site training to ensure our project teams are productive and efficient. I take pride in developing systems and processes that help our teams succeed.

Five-and-a-half years in, I am loving every moment.”
