“I joined Camex in 2018 as a Project Manager, having come from a similar role in the civil engineering industry. Two years later, I advanced into the role of Contract Manager for Camex’s Land Development team, where I had the unique opportunity to support multiple project managers across a variety of projects. In December 2023, I stepped into the role of Delivery Manager, becoming part of the Senior Leadership Team.

As Delivery Manager, my role is to support Camex to achieve excellence in every project and throughout the business by providing specialist resources like plant, staff placement, drainage, pavement, and survey teams.

The best part about working for Camex is the strong, family-like connections within the company, which creates a supportive and friendly atmosphere. I also love the variety of work in my role, and the chance to take on new challenges every day.

My journey at Camex has provided a solid foundation to grow, both personally and professionally. On a personal level, it’s enabled me to better support my family and contribute to the wellbeing of my colleagues. Professionally, I am committed to continuous learning and development, driven by a desire to create a bright future for my wife and two kids.
