“I’m a 3-Waters Technician at Camex, having joined the team just over a year ago. My first year has been an awesome journey filled with meeting many new faces and building professional relationships both within and outside of Camex.

Coming from various roles within the civil construction industry, I had a clear vision for my career path. Camex has provided a role that exceeds my expectations. The support I’ve received across the various divisions has been immense; I can always approach anyone, regardless of their role, with questions and receive guidance in the right direction.

One of the highlights of working at Camex is being involved in significant projects while enjoying a great camaraderie with my colleagues on-site. The quality of projects we deliver and the collaboration among team members is impressive. The monthly BBQ breakfasts are a great bonus!

Professionally, I’ve been able to leverage my past experiences and skills daily, with managers and the Senior Leadership Team encouraging continuous development and offering opportunities for further qualifications.

Personally, Camex has provided me with stability, enjoyment, and clear goals for the future. I’m excited to see where this journey takes me!”
