Project Overview:

Taupō District Council (TDC) have initiated this project to construct a new rising main from Titoki Reservoir to the new Tauhara Ridge Reservoir and replace various aging watermains in the vicinity of the Taupō Airport.

Project Scope:

The project scope encompasses the construction of a 625-metre rising main from Titoki Pump Station to Tauhara Ridge Reservoir. This includes the supply and installation of new line valves, hydrants, air valves, chambers, and other essential pipe fittings. The scope also covers the replacement of outdated watermains in the vicinity of Taupō Airport.

This infrastructure upgrade will significantly improve water supply reliability and quality for Taupō residents. The new rising main and replaced watermains will enhance water pressure and flow, reducing the risk of supply interruptions.
