Project Overview:
The aim of the Mountain View Taupiri project was to prepare the land for a new 25-lot residential subdivision.
Project Scope:
The scope of works comprised of extensive earthworks and installation of three-waters infrastructure such as 650m of stormwater pipework, water reticulation, and 202m of sewer pipework. The project also included roadmaking and the creation of a stormwater retention pond with reno rock mattresses.

This completion of this development provides Taupiri with much-needed housing infrastructure, contributing to local growth.
