Project Overview:
Commencing in 2022, the purpose of this project was to establish a new 197-home retirement village on the outskirts of Rotorua. Camex was engaged by Freedom Group Holdings to deliver earthworks, three-waters, and roading infrastructure for this significant project.
Project Scope:
We undertook comprehensive earthworks and ground improvements to prepare the land for new construction and infrastructure. This included geotechnical testing and reporting, along with earthworks to accommodate an access carriageway that included roading, kerbing, and channeling for paths and other concrete works. Our three-waters team completed significant pipework and manhole installation, connecting the new infrastructure to the existing city network. A wastewater and stormwater retention pond were also completed during civil construction.
