Project Overview:
The Tui Uno Subdivision project encompassed a 5-hectare development off Mapara Road in Acacia Bay. This rural-residential initiative features 25 large-sized lots, providing a unique living opportunity in a picturesque setting. The development aims to blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape while offering modern amenities.
Project Scope:
The scope included extensive earthworks, involving 7,000m³ of topsoil strip at depths up to 2m in gullies. Stormwater and water reticulation systems were installed, along with pavements comprising 5,600m² of two-coat chip seal. Road marking and signage were also implemented.
