Project Overview:
Watts & Hughes initiated this project to create a new multi-unit development on Alpha Street, Cambridge.
Project Scope:
The project scope included building pad preparation, such as excavating the building site to a depth of 1m, removing fill, and installing compacted pit sand. Siteworks also included creating a new carpark entrance, installing kerbs, and applying hot mix asphalt.
