Project Overview:
The Waikato Regional Theatre project involves the transformation of an entire block of Hamilton's CBD, marked as a registered site of historical significance. Working with Fosters, the development site occupies a central position in Hamilton, nestled between Victoria Street and the picturesque Waikato River. The project's centrepiece is the construction of a new state-of-the-art theatre and performing arts complex.
Project Scope:
The development aims to set a new standard for performing arts in the region, catering to a wide range of artistic and community needs while preserving and celebrating the site's historical significance. We are supporting Fosters in their build by delivering site clearance and excavation.
