About the Role

You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the allocation of plant and labour across active projects to ensure optimal use of Camex Civil’s resource capacity, in line with budgetary and programme requirements. This will involve:

  • Prompt and consistent communication and collaboration with the Senior Management Team, Operations staff, suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Forward planning and identification of resource constraints or surpluses.
  • Implementation of strategic solutions to competing resource needs.
  • Comprehensive record-keeping of the allocation & movements of plant and staff between projects.
  • Monitor and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for Camex owned Plant and Equipment.

What is Needed?

  • Three years’ experience with resource/logistics management or management of civil construction projects.
  • A background in the civil construction industry.
  • Natural affinity toward collaboration, active communication and solution-finding.
  • The ability to remain highly organised and positive in response to unexpected or changing requests.
