ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Drainlayer at Camex Civil, you will support the delivery of our drainage / water reticulation works for local body infrastructure, commercial construction, subdivision development projects.

  • Excavate and install drainage systems and associated ground support systems on a variety of small to large scale 3-waters projects.
  • Participate in team meetings, incl. daily toolbox.
  • Operate heavy machinery.

Experienced Drainlayer's will:

  • Interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Complete H&S and QA documentation.
  • Lead a Drainage Crew and support the training of cadets.
  • Consult with the Site Manager / PM about job progress, methodology and resource needs.

Hours of Work:  Average of 50 hours per week (Monday to Friday). Saturday work is available, but not mandatory.
