Camex Civil Ltd. has Foreman roles available for all levels of experience:

  • Ability to independently coordinate and execute works?
  • Ability to lead and mentor a small team in your specialty of either earthworks or drainage?
  • Ability to plan, direct & monitor a spectrum of site activities and staff?

Become a Site Manager!

Site Manager

As a Site Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day site activities to meet programme objectives.
  • Onsite staff and subcontractor management.
  • Managing onsite HS&E processes and documentation.
  • Supporting onsite cost management and quality assurance.
  • Working on the tools alongside the team for approximately 4 hours each day.

This role requires:

  • 5-years' industry experience, and at least 2 years of team leadership experience.
  • Understanding of regional specifications, regulations and construction plans.
  • Ability to operate heavy machinery (preferably an excavator).


Civil / Drainage Foreman

As a Civil Foreman or Drainage Foreman, you will act as team leader to a small crew in your area of specialization (either earthworks or drainage). You will be responsible to:

  • Train junior team members.
  • Ensure quality and timely execution of work.
  • Support the Site Manager with resource planning and quality assurance.

This role requires:

  • A Drainlayer's Qualification, OR 3-years' experience expertly operating Excavators across a range of civil land development and/or drainage projects.
  • Understanding of regional specifications, HS&E regulations and construction plans.
  • Ability to plan ahead and coordinate a team's work efforts for effective and high-quality execution.


Leading Hand

As a Leading Hand, you will independently complete works on assigned sites, in liaison with Project Manager. You may also work within small crews on occasion, as the assigned site supervisor.

This role requires:

  • 3-years' of industry experience.
  • Understanding of regional specifications, HS&E regulations and construction plans.
